Kamelya Chia Oil

Originally from Latin America and considered a superfood, chia seed produces an oil rich in omega 3 necessary to maintain healthy skin. Use pure or mixed with essential oils or other vegetable oils as a day or night cream, or to make some massage oil.
Tip: Add a drop of chia oil in your daily dose of cream.

Apply chia oil and distribute evenly throughout the hair, insisting on ends. Massage hair and then wrap in a warm towel. Keep for 30 minutes or overnight if possible, then shampoo.
